 ITS Service Desk may have equipment available for sign out to students, faculty, and staff.

Book a Sandbox Studio

Following Seneca guidelines, our studios will be available at a limited capacity. To reserve a studio, fill out the form below and someone from the Sandbox team will reach out to you shortly.

  • We currently have 3 spaces available at Newnham, 1 space at Seneca@York and 1 space at King .

  • The spaces can be booked by current students, staff, and faculty.

  • We respond to all inquiries within one business day.

The King campus Sandbox does not have regular staff and is available for booking by request. Please contact Jennifer Peters to discuss your booking request well in advance of your desired date as bookings will be accommodated based on staff availability. Include requested date(s) and time(s) and for what purpose you require the studio.

SIA (Markham) Campus

The SIA campus Sandbox does not have regular staff and is available for booking by request.
