(EBSCO) Provides access to essays with differing points of view on current issues. Essays include an overview, arguments, counter arguments and a guide to Critical Thinking.

(Brunico Communications) An online version of Canadian Advertising Rates and Data, providing advertising rates, data and media planning information for advertising, marketing, PR and communications professionals, including directory listings and contact names and numbers.

- The "Lite" version of this product, to which we subscribe, does not offer users access to the login-protected features of the full CARDonline service found under "Sign in".

(Career Cruising) Career Cruising provides access to career planning resources including detailed occupation profiles and comprehensive post-secondary education information.

(Knotia Canada) Information for importers and customs brokers: relevant legislation, the complete Customs Tariff and schedules, administrative materials, case law and findings by Canadian courts and tribunals, selected US and international materials such as NAFTA legislation and US tariff and customs rulings, as well as the Compendium of Classification Opinions and the Harmonized System Explanatory Notes issued by the World Customs Organization. Includes TaxMatters@EY and Commodity Tax News newsletters.

(Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety) Portal for occupational health and safety information. Includes SDS (Safety Data Sheets) as well as access to CHEMINFO, RTECS, and regulations and standards.

(Statistics Canada) Provides access to data from the most recent Census as well previous Census data back to 1991.

(Knotia Canada) Provides access to the CPA's (Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada's) standards and guidance collection.

(Gale) Provides access to a comprehensive list of Canadian and international journals, magazines, biographies, and other reference sources. Includes selected Globe and Mail coverage.

(University of Toronto/Universite Laval) Provides access to authoritative biographical information about significant figures of Canada's past, including both detailed articles on Canada's major historical figures, and short articles on minor personages.

(ProQuest) Thousands of downloadable e-book titles covering all academic disciplines.

(EBSCO) The Education Resources Information Center: the world's largest source of education research.

This database is not entirely full-text. It provides mostly citations to other content on other platforms where available.

(Gale) A database of over 2,700 full-text newspapers, newswire services, and news program transcripts from Canada, U.S. and abroad.

(Thomson Reuters / Carswell) Contains the text of, and noting-up functionality for, Canadian legal decisions and legislation, as well as the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest, law report and journal articles, the Canadian Abridgment Case Digests, and Words & Phrases Judicially Defined.

(LexisNexis) Access to Canadian court and tribunal case decisions, full-text legal journal articles, rules of court, statutes and regulations, and legal dictionaries and glossaries.

(EBSCO) Provides access to information related to the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system and the pre-clinical sciences.

(Migra International) Information for exporters, shippers, and logisticians on exporting from Canada to different countries, including regulatory and documentation requirements, definitions of terms, and international contact information.

(EBSCO) Provides access to current news pertaining to all branches of the military.

(National Film Board of Canada) Public performance rights to selected films produced by the National Film Board of Canada. Documentaries, animations, alternative dramas, trailers, and interactive productions on the Web.

(EBSCO) Provides descriptions and reviews of thousands of works of fiction, recommends similar titles and authors, and provides guides for book discussions.

(Canadian Science Publishing) Provides access to journals published by the National Research Council and affiliated publishers.

(Thomson Reuters) Downloadable and editable forms covering corporate law, leases, wills and trusts, Ontario Family Law proceedings, and Ontario Court proceedings.

- Please note that we do not subscribe to the commercial, labour, municipal, and computer/information technology Divisions/volumes of this publication (Divisions I, VII, IX, and X, respectively), only the Divisions/volumes on corporations, leases, wills and trusts, Ontario Family Law, and Ontario Court Forms (Divisions II, IV, V, VI, and VIII, respectively).

Allows simple searching, or browsing by titles, by ministry/agency, authors, subjects, or years. Note this collection does not contain all Ontario government documents. Documents have been taken from publicly accessible government websites and may have been reformatted from their original format for archiving purposes.

(OurDigitalWorld) Find digital photos, maps, videos, podcasts, and documents about Ontario people, places, events, history and culture from the collections of Ontario libraries, archives, museums, historical societies, community groups, government agencies, and content organizations.

(OurDigitalWorld) Community and historical newspapers of Ontario with content going back to the 1800s.

(Euromonitor International) Provides access to global market analysis with comprehensive coverage of industries, countries and consumer trends.

(EBSCO) Compiled specifically for elementary school students, this database provides access to articles, photos, maps, flags, and reference tools written for children such as biographies, histories, and The Encyclopedia of Animals.

(Toronto Star Newspapers) A news service monitoring political activity at Queen's Park and throughout the province of Ontario.

(Scott's Directories) Provides access to a comprehensive directory of Canadian businesses with more than 350,000+ contacts from manufacturing, government, medical and education sectors.

(Seneca Polytechnic) The Archives identifies, preserves, and makes available for use the documentary heritage of Seneca Polytechnic. Our resources are open to all members of the College community and the public for the purposes of research, teaching, publication, television and radio programmes, and general interest.

(Seneca Polytechnic) This repository is a collection of selected final projects from students in Seneca Polytechnic programs. Each program develops their own criteria by which a project is selected for the repository.

- Users must create a separate Travel42 profile to use this service, using a Seneca Polytechnic email address to set up the account.

(Vividata) A data tabulation tool containing data on consumer demographics, media usage, lifestyle and attitudinal data, and product usage across 150+ categories, resulting from a frequent national survey of readers of Canadian magazines and newspapers. Vividata is the amalgamated organization of two other media measurement bodies, NADbank and PMB.
