List Analytics

View overall usage numbers for your lists by clicking on the bar chart icon  from your dashboard (Leganto home) page. Remember to click on the "X" at the bottom of the page to leave the analytics view mode.

To view usage numbers for specific items in a list first select the list then click the bar chart icon from your list's main page. Remember to click on the "X" at the bottom of the page to leave the analytics view mode.

►More specifically:

1. You can view usage statistics for the entire list by clicking on Display list analysis
2. Item usage metrics are displayed below each item in Analysis mode.
3. The colour of the item is a quick indicator for usage of the item and shown as a vertical line: Green means high student usage, gray means medium student usage, and orange means low student usage.
4. Hover over "?" next to a metric to see its definition.

Additional Option: Student-Specific Usage Statistics

To obtain Leganto indiviual use statistics for the students in your course please contact the library at librarytechhelp@senecapolytechnic.ca with a description of your request.
