AODA stands for the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. It is an Ontario law that mandates organizations to follow accessibility standards to become more accessible to people with disabilities. The goal is to make Ontario fully accessible by 2025. AODA compliance is the responsibility of all public, private, and non-profit organizations in Ontario with one or more employees.
