1. Go to the Elections Canada website.
2. Click on "English"
3. Scroll down the page to "Find your electoral district," enter your postal code and click on "Go.
4. The name of your riding will appear at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Alternatively, you can select "Electoral Districts" either at the top of the home page, or from the "Popular Documents" drop-down menu. This method offers more options on which to search.
6. The instructions below for finding your Member of Parliament will also give you your riding.
7. The same riding or electoral district is used for both the federal and provincial levels of government.

1. Go to Canada's Parliament web site.
2. Click on "House of Commons"
3. Click on "Members"
4. Under "Members and Roles" click on "Members of Parliament"
5. Search for your member by postal code - this will give you your MP and riding.

If you know your riding:

1. Go to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario web page.
2. Click on "View Members".
3. Organize the list by current MPP (sorted by last name) or by riding. 
4. Scroll down until you reach the appropriate riding or Name.

If you don't know your riding:

1. Go to the Elections Canada web page.
2. Click on "English".
3. Click on "Find Your Electoral District". 
4. Enter your postal code, or click on "find an electoral district without a postal code" to search by map or regions.
5. You will be given your riding (or constituency) and your MPP.
6. In some cases, you may have to make another selection based on which side of the street you live on, in order to find your riding and MPP.
