Enrolled in a math course but feel like you are missing some of the foundational skills to confidently start? Looking for an opportunity to learn or review mathematical operations? We can help.
Our foundational math supports include scheduled workshops and drop-in sessions, and easily accessible tip sheets for self-study. We have also included a link to Simply Math where you can access 1:1 math support outside of our regular operating hours.
If you are currently enrolled in a math course and want one-on-one peer tutoring, you may access that support through “Course Specific Peer Tutoring” using our online booking system.
Attend a Workshop or Study Hall
Math workshops focus on foundational knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your courses. In these interactive workshops, we will review different topics, go through examples, and practice questions together. Or join a Math Study Hall to collaborate with peers, work on assignments, and receive guidance from tutors on specific questions in a supportive, study-focused environment.
Simply Math is an external tutoring service. For Seneca course-specific questions, please speak to your instructor or book a 1:1 tutoring session with our Peer Tutors.
Tip sheets are valuable resources that we have created to cover a variety of math topics. These tip sheets include explanations and tips on different math-specific topics and formula sheets that you can refer to for your courses.
