How to Search the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics for Solubility Information

1. Click on the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics link and log into the database.
 

2. Enter the name of the material into the Search Documents box near the top of the screen and click on the Search button:



3. From the results list in the centre of the screen:

  • For organic compounds, click on the Physical Constants of Organic Compounds link.

  • For inorganic compounds: click on the Physical Constants of Inorganic Compounds link.


4. Search for your material in the list that appears. Scroll to the far right column within that material's results list row to view its solubility information:
